On Thursday, November 18, 2021, our Association held the first meeting of the new year.
The meeting covered several topics relevant for all residents of our block, including:
A breakdown of the completed North Driveway Gate Project.
Plans for the South Driveway Gate Project - including: estimated costs; fabrication and installation timeline; and maintenance fees to cover future driveway expenses.
A live-launch of the new 139th Street Block Association website.
A proposal to add new, appointed members to the Block Association Board. These positions would include a Community OutReach Liaison, and a head of Fund Raising.
